These persons have been accused by Tim Cumper as players of the scam.

How could they be part of a scam? How could they be players of an elaborate scam to snatch over 80,000 pesos ($1,800). Where are the other victims other than Timothy Ellis “Ellumbra” Cumper? In the first place, the money was never sent to Mayen.
There are no other victims. Instead, Tim Cumper accuses innocent persons.
