How could they be part of a scam? How could they be players of an elaborate scam to snatch over 80,000 pesos ($1,800). Where are the other victims other than Timothy Ellis “Ellumbra” Cumper? In the first place, the money was never sent to Mayen.
There are no other victims. Instead, Tim Cumper accuses innocent persons.

I take myself out to the park and call Mayen on my cellphone – it’s an Ectopic Pregnancy – I’m passed to someone else, I’m reminded later on that this was the female Doctor, who explains what I already know – back to Mayen – send some money – Sir Francis has paid a P10,000 deposit – groans and sobbing – speak to Sir Francis.
I dash home – in a panic – pick up a business card that Sir Francis gave me – back to the park – I call him up.
“I was just going to ring you” he says “Mayen has given me her phone. Her sister is coming soon.”
We discuss things – my visit – Mayen’s condition – what hospital is she in? Should I try to move my flight earlier?
That is great that he paid the deposit; he seems like a very generous man and cares about his employee very much. How many bosses here (or in the UK) would do that? Of course, your first thoughts appear to be:

All of this drama is the work of a deceptive,evil, mentally ill man from Britain who decides that deceiving a woman half way around the world is easier than deceiving his wife. Which he does very easily, and well, I must admit.

You are probably seeing this because you stumbled upon ellumbra.wordpress.com. The owner of the blog is a person using the name ellumbra online. His name is Timothy Ellis Cumper or Tim Cumper, a married man from the UK.
He owns another blog online called hospitalscams.blogspot.com.
Try to google the phrase “Tierra Maria Estates Scam” and you will see the efforts he took to discredit a group of people and institutions just because he chose to to ignore his Filipina girlfriend when she suffered ectopic pregnancy.
All his blogs and videos talk about his hallucinations of a large scale and organized Philippine real estate / hospital scam. His blog and videos accuse innocent people without even providing a solid proof or evidence.
He accused his girlfriend Mayen, Mayen's friends, Tierra Maria Estates manager Francis Jalbuena, Tierra Maria Estates itself, Tierra Maria Estates owner Antonio Montinola, Medical Center Paranaque and its doctors, accountant and lawyer, the British Embassy and Filipina Actress Chin-Chin Gutierrez of conspiring just to extort Php100,000 of money from him. All of them blatantly accused on his blogs and videos… ALL FOR Php100,000!!!
